Girls Choir Start-Up Campaign

The total cost to start the Capella Regalis Girls Choir and get them through their first season will be $50,000.
That covers all start-up and operational costs for the first year, including artistic and administrative staff salaries, recruitment costs, purchasing of new cassocks, rehearsal space rental, and production costs for the first performances.  

The first phase of our fundraising plan requires raising $20,000 in the month of July through our 
Girls Choir Start-Up Campaign on Indiegogo.

We are thrilled to announce that, as of July 28, due to the generosity of 85 individuals so far, we’ve surpassed our $20,000 Girls Choir Start-Up crowdfunding goal on Indiegogo! We are equally thrilled to announce that over the past weeks we have received matching donations as well: a group of individuals pledged $5,000 each to match our crowdfunding goal. Still more donors continue to give generously to Capella Regalis through the traditional means, in support of our programs.

We are deeply grateful to each person who has donated to our Girls Choir Start-Up Campaign and to Capella Regalis in general. We are able to offer a free music education in a centuries-old tradition to boys and girls of all backgrounds thanks to your generosity.

The Girls Choir Start-Up Campaign will remain live on Indiegogo through July 31, 2022, and contributions are still warmly welcomed!
