Open House

Do you know a boy who would like to sing?
Our Winter Open House provides the opportunity to watch a rehearsal, hear from the director, meet the choristers and ask questions.

Capella Regalis offers a free music training programme in acenturies-old tradition. There are no required dues. The programis supported by donations from fans and families who are ableto contribute. Capella Regalis also helps as much as possible toprovide transportation to and from weekly rehearsals for choristers who are otherwise unable to participate. Capella Regalis isa registered Nova Scotia non-profit society and an educationaloutreach program of the charitable organization Musique Royale.

Most new singers begin in our Probationers Program, with just 1 hour of rehearsal each week, plus opportunities to observe the Senior Choir. Choristers move to the Senior Choir on an individualbasis only when they feel ready for the bigger commitment.
